Max Adventure Race Lake Macquarie
Featuring kayaking on the beautiful Lake Macquarie, plenty of route choice on the mountain bike legs and an exciting run leg over rock platforms and around (or through) tidal rock pools, the Cams Wharf Max Adventure Race is one not to miss.
Max Adventure Race Brisbane
Located only a stone’s throw from the CBD of Brisbane at Enoggera Reservoir, this event offers everything an adventure racer could hope for. This stunning heritage listed area is a haven for outdoor activities including open water swimming, paddling and much more.
JABULANI CHALLENGE
A stunning trail run through the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park. Predominantly on single track the trail has everything to offer from waterside tracks, rainforest, bushland, steep hill inclines and creek crossings. Exploring some hidden waterways, it will be hard to believe you are only 30 minutes from the heart of Sydney.

Follow the historic Convict Trail through the heart of the Hawkesbury, taking in some of the best scenery the area has to offer. The mix of fast fire trail, technical rock gardens, rocky descents and spectacular ridgeline views is unmatched by any other mountain bike event. It is rugged, remote and one epic adventure on a bike!
GREAT ADVENTURE CHALLENGE
The Great Adventure Challenge is a corporate fundraising Adventure Race supporting the Starlight Childrens Foundation. Teams of eight will kayak, run and bike around the course, with a few mystery team challenges included to really keep the teams on their toes!
MAX ADVENTURE RACE SYDNEY
Racing at the historical Royal National Park will be fast and furious. The most popular leg of the Max Adventure Race Series, it is easy to see why when you consider the location so close to the heart of Sydney and the flowing single track mountain biking.

Max Adventure Race Sunshine Coast
The Max Adventure Race Sunshine Coast takes place at the stunning Wild Horse Mountain. With Classic, Novice and Kids course options all available it’s a whole family day of adventure!
Coastal Classic
The Coastal Classic is a 30km trail run along one of the most stunning tracks in Australia, it has everything to offer from rocky terrain, sand running and beaches, to cliff-tops, bushland, rainforest and steep hill inclines. The scenery is spectacular with breathtaking coastal views on the beach and from the cliff tops. You will feel like you are a million miles from anywhere.
Max Adventure Race Blue Mountains
The Blue Mountains leg of the Max Adventure Race Series is the final event of the year and the most adventurous. With a purpose built single track section for the mountain bike legs, passing by the mesmerising layers of hand prints and stencils in one of the best examples of Aboriginal art in the Blue Mountains and paddling on the Nepean River, this is one event that will not disappoint.
Three Bridges Run
The Three Bridges Run takes in the sites of George Kendall Riverside Park, Meadowbank Park, Rhodes Point, and Newington Nature Reserve using the Parramatta Valley shared use path. With stunning river views showcasing the beauty of this area, it’s one not to be missed!
Bouddi Coastal Run
This event deserves a top spot on your summer to-do list! A 14km & 21km trail run held within Bouddi National Park, only one and a half hours north of Sydney, on the NSW Central Coast. Stunning coastal views with a variety of terrain including smooth trails, cliff tops and hills, sandy expanses, and rocky landscapes — the perfect way to experience the outdoors!
